How to do the Inversion Method #2

I'll go over how to do the inversion method for the sake of those visiting for the first time or hearing about this hair growth technique for the first time. This technique is aimed at growing one inch of hair in 7 days. You do it continuously for a week, once in a month. Pregnant women are not advised to do this method. There are other categories of people prohibited from doing the inversion method for hair growth so do read on it before doing it. If you doubt your condition, google it and see the suitability of the inversion method for you.

I nearly skipped today's inversion method because of a headache but the Scalp Massage really helped. All you need is your natural oil and a timer. Some advice you warm the oil, enough to dip your hair into it and not be scalded. This met

I set the timer to 4 minutes after applying oil on the Scalp. I began to massage as the head was tilted forward for the inversion.

How I make forever Clair Skin care products work for me

I've heard ladies complain about the forever Claire Skin care products  not working for them. Well, I nearly became one until I tweaked how I use it and since then, it's been a jolly good ride. I started using the Forever Claire products in July 2013 or so. What I've been doing is to using a cleanser first before applying any of the products. Well, I discovered the reason why the product didn't seem to be working well on its own. When using the cleanser, I'll dab a bit of cotton in it to clean my face. Apparently, it wasn't the cleanser that was doing the work, it was the cotton. The cotton was getting rid of dead cells by acting as an "exfoliating" material. It was cleaning the skin surface. One evening, I skipped the cleansing and decided to follow Hubby's method of cleaning his face. I used my sponge to gently rub the FC product on the face. This face scrubbing technique left my skin feeling soft and smooth just like when I use the cotton and cl...

The 60 Seconds Skin Care Rule

The 60 seconds rule regarding washing your face is a great technique that has been used by a lot of skin care addicts.  When washing your face, the one trick that can make a lot of difference in your skin is washing for 60 seconds! Once you apply your facial wash/cleanser/soap, you massage or sweep it around your face for 60 seconds. This allows the cleanser to penetrate the pores and clear the dirt off your skin. All the make up  can also be easily absorbed by your cleansing oil too. I began doing this technique a few weeks ago and it's definitely helped improve the feel of my skin after cleansing.  (check shop.ghanaianemprezz.com for all skin care products)
