5 'Kitchen' Oils For Your Hair Care

We know a lot of oils support hair growth and thickness but we've probably  overlooked these hair oils that can be found I  in our kitchens but it's time to incorporate them into your regimen.



{1} Palm Kernel Oil: Also called Bata a oil. This oil nourishes your strands and can be used as a pre shampoo treatment too If the smell makes it difficult to use to seal in moisture after washing.

{2}  Canola Oil: This is very common in supermarket and it can become one of your favourite prepoo treatment for dry and thirsty hair.

{3} Palm Oil: This may seem unconventional but palm oil was the trending prepoo treatment years ago! You can give it a try out of curiosity.


{4} Soybean Oil: This oil can be used on the scalp to promote hair growth aside your prepoo. You can use it in your deep conditioners to add more nourishing benefits.

{5} Sunflower oil: This is lightweight and as a ceramide oil, it can help repair damaged hair.

Today's post brings out another common herb found easily in the market. It is mainly used in preparing soups and stews and has a very strong sweet aroma. Description Bay leaves are about 1 to 3 inches long and are oval with pointed ends. The leaves are shiny with dark green tops and are a lighter green underneath. The 60 Seconds Skin Care Rule

The 60 seconds rule regarding washing your face is a great technique that has been used by a lot of skin care addicts.  When washing your face, the one trick that can make a lot of difference in your skin is washing for 60 seconds! Once you apply your facial wash/cleanser/soap, you massage or sweep it around your face for 60 seconds. This allows the cleanser to penetrate the pores and clear the dirt off your skin.
